Sell your own Hotel – Motel - Restaurant
As you probably realize, our Head Office is in Sydney and we are very busy selling and servicing our New South Wales clients. However if you live outside of New South Wales, we would like to offer you the opportunity of using our very popular web site which has in excess of 100,000 visitors per year.
So, if you would like to sell your own business and pay no commissions we offer this service on this web site. Here is how it works:
- If you send us between three and six photos of your business, we will display them on our web site. You can send these to us over the Internet in a .jpg format. Or you can send them by post.
- You will also need to send us a detailed description of your business. This must be sent to us via e-mail and can be in the body of your e-mail or in an attached Word document. We suggest you include some sales and expenses figures and details of your town and district. You need to include your telephone number, street address and e-mail address in order for prospective purchasers to contact you.
- When anyone visiting the site (and seeing the pictures) asks for details of your business, we will automatically forward the information in (2) to them.
- Our flat fee for providing this opportunity for you to sell your own business and save yourself commission will be (a) $270 for site set up and (b) $55 per week for an eight-week period. Hence, your total outlay to sell your own business will be $710.
And if your business sells quickly and you advise us as soon as your business is sold, we will refund the unused part of the eight weeks fee. For example, if the business sells in the first week, we would refund seven weeks i.e. $385.00. We would expect a cheque or credit card payment for $710 at the same time you send us the photos and business details.
- Additional Warranty Leave your business listed until it sells. If your hotel does not sell within the first two months we will leave it there (at no additional charge to you) until your property or business does sell.
