The Village consists of,
An 18 room 1930s Art Deco Chalet, with a 50 seat Licensed Dining room and separate Lounge room with an attached Lookout Cafe and Petrol and Diesel Fuel Pumps The Chalet is constructed of Weatherboard and Stucco with a Clay tiled roof.
15 x Permanent High quality 1930sArt Deco houses Large 3/4 Bedroom Californian Bungalow Style ,all are Weatherboard and Stucco, now Aluminium clad covering the original also with new colour bond roofing and gutters all the houses are in a good state .
Ex Town Hall circa 1956, Large Brick Building Iron roof, Squash Crt, Kitchen, 3 x toilet blocks, Main Hall area with Stage, indoor cricket net and other attached buildings
